- 4 slices Tip Top Goodness Grains Toast bread
- 75g finely sliced prosciutto
- 4 large basil leaves, torn
- 1 tomato, sliced
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 60g fresh mozzarella or bocconcini cheese, thinly sliced
Lay 2 bread slices on a board.
Cover with prosciutto, basil, tomato, salt and pepper to taste and then top with mozzarella.
Cover with remaining bread slice.
Toast in a panini or toasted sandwich press until bread is golden and mozzarella melted.
