Mozzarella, Prosciutto and Basil Toasted Sandwich

  • 4 slices Tip Top Goodness Grains Toast bread
  • 75g finely sliced prosciutto
  • 4 large basil leaves, torn
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 60g fresh mozzarella or bocconcini cheese, thinly sliced


Lay 2 bread slices on a board.
Cover with prosciutto, basil, tomato, salt and pepper to taste and then top with mozzarella.
Cover with remaining bread slice.
Toast in a panini or toasted sandwich press until bread is golden and mozzarella melted.
