Ingredients

  • 1 kg dried fruit
  • 2 cups black coffee
  • 150 g fruit and nut chocolate, chopped
  • 2 cups self raising flour

 

 

Method

Preheat oven to 160
Mix the fruit with the cold coffee, chocolate and flour. Pour into a lined 20 cm cake pan and bake for 1 1/2 – 2 hours until cake tests cooked.
