This week we replaced our forum discussion pages, while the change was a neccessity to keep the spammers away, I am sure you will agree our pages look so much smarter in the new format.
Last week at Mystery Creek Fieldays I we were making toasted sandwiches using Ploughmans bread, cheese, ham and caramelised onion relish. The caramelised onion received rave reviews and I only wish that I had organised loads of it to sell. You can get the recipe here of course and it is one that the whole family will enjoy.
