- 2 cups figs, (slightly under ripe)
- 1 1/2 cups white wine
- 1 cup honey
Method
Wash figs and trim. Cover with wine and bring to the boil, stir in honey. Cover
and simmer for 15 minutes. Drain and reduce syrup.
