Chicken Breast stuffed with Pesto

Serves 4.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons pesto mixed with
  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 100 g finely sliced prosciutto

 

 

 

Method

Preheat the oven to 200 C.
Using a sharp knife make a pocket in the centre of each chicken breast being careful not to cut completely through. Stuff each breast with combined pesto and cream cheese.
Cover each breast with prosciutto and place in a baking dish.
Bake for 20 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
