Ingredients
- 1 cup grated tasty cheddar cheese
- 1 cup crushed potato chips
- 60 g butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
Method
Preheat oven to 180 C.
Blend grated cheese and crushed crisps with salt and butter. Work in flour, cayenne pepper and mustard. Place in teaspoonfuls on baking tray. Bake in oven for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
This would be good with Salt & Vinegar Crisps.
