- 30g butter
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- pineapple juice to mix
kumara into 1 cm rings and cook until tender. Drain and place in a greased
oven dish with pineapple pieces.
Melt together –
2 tablespoons brown sugar
pineapple juice to mix
Pour over kumara and pineapple and brown in oven.
